Vibrant Veggies is a program that aims to develop people’s skills around preparing and including more vegetables into their diets It also aims to help people understand the key role vegetables play in our health and well being.

The program is run weekly for 1.5 hours over 4 weeks.

It includes a hands on cooking session with nutritional education and take home recipes.

It wasn't until today that I realised how much of an impact the 4 weeks has had on me. We have always enjoyed veggies but didn't necessarily have lots of them and now I can honestly say are enjoying veggies every single day.
